We provide all the training you need to obtain your national Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Must have a High School Diploma or higher.
· Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or be willing to obtain this certification (we provide the training!).

Benefits:
· Registered Behavior Technicians will be hourly paid non-exempt employees.
· Pay will range between $14.00-$16.00 per hour following training period.
· You will work directly with our staffing team to design a schedule that fits your availability. Flexible schedules are available, making this an ideal supplementary position for people currently employed as Paraprofessionals, Teachers, Students, and/or Parents with the requisite experience.

Join our amazing behavioral health treatment team! We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help expand our facility. We specialize in autism spectrum disorder-ASD., skill delays, behavioral challenges, and more.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of direct care staff.
· Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis, using both discrete trial training and natural environment training models of teaching.
· Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families.
· Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including, but not limited to, practicum supervision/teaching, class instruction, and in-service instruction to other support professionals.
· Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
· Provide ongoing support and training to direct care staff and to family members.
· Develop behavior plans for all consumers with a focus on teaching and other antecedent strategies for reducing problematic behaviors.
· Maintain all data, paperwork, and communication between direct care staff and families.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Must have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
· Must have a current BCBA certification and be willing to maintain their certification including maintaining the CEU requirement. Individuals who have recently completed their Master’s Degree and are waiting to take the BACB exam will be considered on an individual basis.
· Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations.
· Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age and functionality, and with minimal direction.
· Knowledge of DTT programming and implementation.
· Competent in Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
· Two years of clinical experience preferred but not mandatory.
· Flexible availability 9am-7pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 9am-3:30pm.
· Must be willing to undergo a background check and provide qualified references.
