Anika Hoybjerg, Ed.S., BCBA, Executive Director, is a behavior analyst and licensed school psychologist. She has three post-graduate degrees in Human Exceptionality, School Psychology, and Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Autism Studies. Anika has worked in both public and private schools and loves working with children and families. Anika has a passion for helping children progress and is an expert at capturing children’s potential. Anika loves spending time her daughter and family. She loves the feeling of wind and luckily gets in a daily session of swinging on the playground while working at ABI. (Feel free to join in on the fun!) She loves laughing at well-told stories or funny experiences. She loves the children she gets to work with and is often heard to say, “Aren’t they amazing?!” Anika knows the best way for children to learn is when they feel loved, creative, and successful! Creating an environment of play and acceptance is so important to Anika. She is passionate about providing hope and offering opportunities of growth and learning to these amazing children!
Stephanie Call, M.S, BCBA Site Director, is a behavior analyst and special education teacher. Stephanie has experience working with families, children and training staff across the nation. Stephanie has extensive experience in writing and implementing behavior plans and specializes in increasing verbal behavior. She has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and understands the importance of working with all components of a children’s environment including home, school, and play.
